The Box Office phoneline is manned Weekdays from 9.30am-5pm.
Please note as a hire-only venue, some events are ticketed by external companies. The Shaw box office is open 1 hour before a performance.

Accessibility
The Ground floor of the Shaw Theatre (including Box Office, Row A, Foyer, Bar, Stage and Backstage areas) is step free and accessible to Wheelchair Users.
There is an accessible/step free toilet located on the Ground Floor next to the box office.

The Shaw Theatre companion ticket policy is to offer one free ticket for the carer of a disabled person who is not able to attend the event unaccompanied.
There are several onstreet parking bays for blue badge holders in Ossulston Street (adjacent to the Shaw Theatre entrance). Please visit the London Borough of Camden website www.camden.gov.uk/parking for more information and council specific Blue Badge arrangements.
Assistance dogs are allowed inside the auditorium.
The Shaw auditorium has a hearing loop system - please enquire in advance of the event to arrange.

Parking
As with many central London theatres, there is no parking on-site and limited parking in the local area. We advise the use of public transport where possible.
Public Transport
Bus - 10, 30, 59, 73, 91, 205, 390, 476 all stop outside the British Library on the Euston Road which is directly next to the Shaw Theatre.
Train - The Shaw is located three minutes’ walk from St Pancras Station/Eurostar and five minutes’ walk from both Euston and King’s Cross Stations which link London to the rest of the UK.
